If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail or send a booking request, your voluntarily specified data (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) will be used to process the request (preliminary contract as legal basis) and in case from follow-up questions six months stored. At Korcula.Holiday (HC Immo), all employees have contractually agreed to secrecy. At regular intervals the handling of personal and critical data is pointed out and trained.
If personal data for the stated purpose is exchanged with external companies (for example tax consultant, reception..), this is contractually regulated with order processing agreements.
